Three gentlemen came to do the install (Paul, Ryan, and Jacob) and their work and professionalism was excellent. Upon arrival they validated who they were and then proceeded to remove the old windows. The install process went great. They insured that they insulated the new windows and made measurements to be certain that they were correctly lined up before permanent anchoring. I have had Accent Southwest Windows and Doors install windows and a French patio door in my house over the years and have been very pleased with the work that they have done. I highly recommend Accent Windows and Doors for any window or door project that anyone needs done. We had a great sales experience with Shelly and were very happy with the window installation — the crew was on time, efficient, and left the space fairly clean. The windows have made a huge difference in keeping our house cool and enhanced our views. Unfortunately, the drywall remodel work was poorly managed. There was little to no communication, and the subcontractor showed up late multiple times and came unprepared. No project manager was present to oversee the work, and no one from the company checked on quality — leaving me to manage the subcontractor on my own. The finished texture didn’t match, corners were sloppy, and the overall workmanship lacked attention to detail. We also had to clean plaster off cabinet doors, bathroom fixtures, our fireplace, multiple windows, and floors. On top of that, the baseboards weren’t removed during the window install, which left holes and uneven finishes — Sheetrock is never laid the same twice, and it shows. In the end, we are hiring our own stucco team and plan to bring in a different drywall contractor to fix the texture issues. We chose Accent Southwest despite their higher pricing because we expected a professional result. We did receive a 19% discount for that part of the remodel. While we would consider using them again for window installation, we do not recommend them for remodel work requiring texture matching or detailed finishing.Posted on GoogleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We recently purchased a glass front door from Southwest windows and Doors. My wife and I are extremely pleased with the door and the process that we experienced. From our visit to the showroom, to the interaction with the salesman at our home to the installation was of high professionalism. They spent time helping us design the front door that was perfect for our home. Using computer generated images allowed us to see what the final product would look like and how it would fit into our entry. This gave us a good feel for what the product would look like in our home. To be sure that the door would fit correctly, the owner visited our property and validated the measurements. My wife and I travel frequently and the company worked closely with us to arrange a date where we were in town and the door could be installed. The installers (Michael and Louis) showed up exactly at the time we agreed on and installed the door within 4 hours. Installation was professionally done and Louis and Michael took extreme care not to damage the stucco that was done recently as well as assuring my alarm system was kept in tact. We had an entry door with side lite and 12 windows replaced in our stucco sided home. Working with Ray to define the order was painless and he seemed knowledgeable in responding to our questions. We chose to use Provia Doors and windows because we found them to be exceptional quality. Jasmine was very responsive and helpful during scheduling. Since we travel quite a bit the wait time for the window and door order was not a problem, and Accent actually had to delay their installation until we were back home. Once the install started, everything worked smoothly and quickly. The building inspector found zero issues on the work. We were somewhat worried about getting the stucco repair to match our existing cream colored stucco, but the match is flawless...you cannot see where the patch starts or ends. We also asked for some follow up interior caulking which they readily agreed to and that was also a very nice job. Luis and Michael did a phenomenal job from start to finish on our June 9, 2026 windows installation. They competently installed our windows which were an unusual size. They made sure every part delivered was what we ordered. They were pleasant and did a truly thorough clean up.
