However installation felt slightly rushed and inexperienced. The door works as expected but the handle was installed damaged. I emailed them directly to rectify this but never got a response. Plus some trash was left for us to clean up. Paul, estimator, answered all my questions and followed up with me with each stage of the purchasing/install process. Most importantly, Paul loved on my dog. Luis, Michael and Jacob did a fanatic job with install. They were friendly, prompt, respected my home, and did a great job with clean up. Can't tell you how AMAZING this company has been from start to finish! We never needed windows before so this was all new to us and it was a big job, 31 windows in total. I had interviewed about 5 different window companies and hands down this company not only had the best price but the best customer service and product. Norman the salesperson came out and took his time to explain the product options, process and his recommendations from years of experience and he worked within our budget! You can buy the best windows in the world but if the install team isn't good your investment goes down the drain. Their install team ROCKED Luis, Michael and Jacob in 3 days installed all of our Anlin windows with meticulous care and detail and their finishing work is top notch! Their work was impeccable, I've heard horror stories of 1" caulking seams around windows, not this team the caulking job was amazing clean, straight and thin. When our neighbor stopped by to see the new windows he was so amazed at the quality now he's ordering new windows! Norman even came back to check in on the progress on day two, usually once a salesperson sells you something you never see them again. Not the case here. So if you are thinking about getting new windows look no further Accent Southwest is the company you want to use, you won't regret it! Great windows, great service! Excellent experience from start to finish. Replacement windows for high end Pella windows originally installed in 1992 which had constant problems from the time they were installed. Aeris windows are beautiful and well made. Our experience with the salesman, installer and customer service was first rate. Shelly was our consultant. She came to the house with catalog cases full of options for us to go over. We chose 3 window replacements and a sliding patio door. We optioned for the 0% interest loan on our total installation. The whole project was seamless. Installers showed up on time. They were efficient and did a great job. The stucco/painter guy showed up on time and did a great job. The windows and patio door are a big upgrade and high quality.
